Payment

 

• Cecile Raley Designs accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
• All payments must be received in full in order for Cecile Raley Designs to create your bespoke custom order and to ship the Ready To Wear items.
• Cecile Raley Designs does not offer payment plans on items bought from this website.

Production Time

 

• Custom Orders can take 4-6 weeks to make before shipping. Designs that require a CAD may take additional time.
• Ready To Wear orders are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.

Shipping Domestic

 

  • Shipping is via United States Post Office, Priority Mail with tracking (2-3 days).
  • All items within the U.S. are shipped with tracking and insurance.
  • You will receive a shipping notice when the item has been mailed.
  • All items are shipped within 24-48 hrs except Design Your Own and Custom Orders.

Shipping International

 

• All packages can be sent via USPS with up to $400 insurance. For higher value pieces, we discuss the preferred shipping method with the client.
• Tracking outside the U.S. is not always available with USPS services.
• Shipping to some locations can take up to 3 weeks, so please be patient. UPS and Fedex provide faster shipping options with tracking, signature and greater security.
• Buyers are responsible for any duty or import taxes.

Returns Policy

 

• We accept returns for gemstones and ready to wear jewelry (that has not been customised in any way) within 14 days of receipt
• If a ring has been resized, we require a 25% restocking fee if it is returned
• Custom jewelry is ineligible for returns – we work closely with our customers to ensure satisfaction
